The Course

American Design & Scottish Moulding

Designed by Blake Stirling & Marco Martín

The golf course Font del Llop was born on May 1, 2010 in a project of landscape integration of the valley in which it is located, with the intention of uniting the environment and golf in a privileged place on the Alicante Coast.

Designed by Blake Stirling and Marco Martín, the course offers an internationally measured playing area with five tee-offs for each hole. Each green has its own personality. With its American design and Scottish moulding, it is ideal for all levels and types of players.

Enjoy all the possibilities of play that the course offers and let yourself be enveloped by its surroundings and nature. Strategy is important for a successful day — each hole is different and demands a unique approach.

1

Par 4 · 347m

HCP 11

Straight fairway — place your drive centre-left to avoid the right bunker.

2

Par 5 · 487m

HCP 5

A risk-reward par 5. Going for the green in two? Watch the water on the left.

3

Par 3 · 165m

HCP 15

Club up — the prevailing wind usually plays against you here.

4

Par 4 · 372m

HCP 3

The toughest hole on the front nine. A well-placed iron off the tee sets up a better angle.

5

Par 4 · 330m

HCP 13

Shorter par 4 — consider a fairway wood for position over a driver.

6

Par 3 · 148m

HCP 17

A beautiful downhill par 3. Take one less club and trust the roll.

7

Par 5 · 510m

HCP 1

The signature hole. A sweeping dogleg left with olive trees framing the approach.

8

Par 4 · 358m

HCP 9

Favour the right side of the fairway — the green slopes hard left to right.

9

Par 4 · 385m

HCP 7

A strong finishing hole for the front nine. Keep it below the hole on the green.

10

Par 4 · 342m

HCP 12

A gentle opener for the back nine. Aim at the left bunker and let it fade.

11

Par 3 · 175m

HCP 14

The longest par 3 — the wind swirls here so commit to your club selection.

12

Par 4 · 390m

HCP 2

Narrow fairway with trouble on both sides. Accuracy is everything.

13

Par 5 · 495m

HCP 6

Reachable in two for long hitters but the front bunkers are deep.

14

Par 4 · 355m

HCP 10

A slight dogleg right. A draw off the tee will leave a short iron in.

15

Par 3 · 155m

HCP 16

Water guards the front — better to be long than short.

16

Par 4 · 368m

HCP 8

Elevated tee gives a great view — aim for the centre and let the fairway do the work.

17

Par 5 · 505m

HCP 4

Strategic three-shot hole. Lay up to your favourite wedge distance.

18

Par 4 · 395m

HCP 18

A dramatic finishing hole with the clubhouse in view. Aim left of the pin — the green runs away right.
